Service Description
These documents for medical professionals could support your overall health. By consenting to collaboration with other health care providers, your professional team working for you may be provided with pertinent but strictly confidential information to support your ongoing health progress. these services will be billed at similar hourly rates. This allows for careful articulation of therapeutic observations during sessions, and only critical information to be shared to complement the services of other health providers. It also covers the time spent sending document to supervisor to review and sign, and communicating with said health professionals to ensure they received the encrypted document, and consents obtained.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. If less than 24 hours notice, there may be a cancellation fee charge. Thank you for being considerate of both my time and other's desire to book my services.
