Mountain Range Psychology

Child, Adult, and Family Therapy

Your Path. Your Pace. Your Summit.

At Mountain Range Psychology, the mountain is more than a symbol: it’s a reflection of life’s journey.

Every person faces unique peaks and valleys, and no two paths to the summit are the same. Some climbs are steep and challenging, others gentle and steady, and some require time to pause, breathe, and take in the view along the way.

As your registered provisional psychologist, my role isn’t to tell you which mountain to climb or how to do it — but to walk beside you, helping you find your footing, your pace, and your direction. Together, we can explore what motivates you, what holds you back, and what gives you strength.

Just as a mountain range offers many paths, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to support a wide variety of personal and interpersonal challenges. Whether you’re working through relationship difficulties, seeking greater self-understanding, or helping a child or teen navigate life’s stressors, my goal is to help you and your loved ones move toward clarity, confidence, and connection.

The view from the summit — whatever that means for you — can bring perspective, peace, and renewed strength. And just as no two mountain ranges are the same, neither are our journeys toward growth.
