Assisting parents/families to navigate school and medical systems to access child supports
Service Description
Based on years of experience working as a Family School Liaison in two school divisions, I am offering support to parents to effectively advocate for their children's needs with the school and medical systems. While empowering parents and building on their strengths, I am able to attend school or doctor's meetings to help them articulate their concerns and to help them build stronger relationships with those community partners. For some, coaching parents to ask for supports or communicate with these systems may be the one step they need to build confidence within these important relationships.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. If less than 24 hours notice, there may be a cancellation fee charge. Thank you for being considerate of both my time and other's desire to book my services.
